This Viking Sword is hand forged and hand sharpened to create the perfect blade. Fully functional and battle ready. It is strong enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet sharp enough to slice paper.
The Vikings dominated with this sword which is well suited for thrusting and striking. It features a menacing double edge blade that tapers to the tip.
The blade is made of 1095 High Carbon Steel that has been hammered down and folded on top of itself 13 times for 8192 layers. This evens out the carbon content and creates a stunning wave pattern on the blade.
The handguard and pommel are made of iron. The grip is wrapped with wax cord making it very secure and comfortable in the hand.
